Can answers be trained?

Not like uploading a PDF to “train a model”. EaseeBuy answers are controlled: published knowledge + guided scripts + calculators. That is safer for financing.

Knowledge base — edit articles in BO → Knowledge (catalogue, instalment rules, eligibility, delivery, escalation phrases).
Pre-qual script — fixed Conversation-Led questions (product, amount, employment, MyInfo). Change in product config / PrequalFlowService.
Instalment maths — shop settings / published flat rates (never free-form LLM maths).
Optional LLM — set AI_CHAT_AI_API_KEY; the model may only paraphrase from KB, not invent rates or approvals.

Best “training” loop: review inbox threads → add/fix KB articles → tighten escalation keywords → re-test prompts above.
